  • What Data Do We Collect and How Do We Use Your Data?
    • We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data which we have grouped together as follows:
      • Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
      • Contact Data includes billing address(es), delivery address(es), email address(es), and telephone numbers.
      • Financial Data includes details about payments to and from you, bank account, billing information and other details of parts, goods and services purchased from us.
      • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this Site.
      • Profile Data includes your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
      • Usage Data includes information about how you use our Site and our services.

  • Please be aware that as a Customer, if you provide us with, or allow us access to, the personal data of any other person (for example, if you order parts on someone else’s behalf), it is your responsibility to obtain permission from those persons to pass their data to us, as a third party.  We will only use that data as set out above to provide our services and will not use it for any other purpose.
    • With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email with information, news and offers on our services. We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that we fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the applicable Data Protection Legislation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

  • How and Where Do We Store Your Data?
    • We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in clause 4, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
    • Your data will only be stored in the UK, however, third party processors we use may store data elsewhere, as set out in clause 11.
    • Data security is very important to us, and to protect your data we have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure the personal data we collect.
